Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join our Middle East Sales Centre in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for customers moving their lives worldwide, turning enquiries into booked moves through effective qualification and solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Field telephone and web lead enquiries, qualify opportunities and determine the best service method.
• Present the company’s international moving services, highlighting benefits and global network.
• Book physical surveys for Residential Sales Consultants or conduct virtual surveys yourself.
• Perform detailed inventories to calculate cubic capacity and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up with customers to address questions, ensure comfort with the relocation process, and drive bookings.
• Liaise with global offices, International Service Partners and Solution Providers to tailor solutions.
• Apply value‑based selling techniques to differentiate from competitors and maximize company value.
• Maintain up‑to‑date administrative systems and data input protocols.
• Engage in networking and social media initiatives to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of selling psychology and value‑based selling methodologies.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload, meet strict deadlines and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
