Sales Coordinator

About the role

Sunrise Steel Industry LLC, the Middle East processing and delivery centre for Steel Searcher, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its steel supply chain operations across the GCC. You will work closely with the sales team, production floor and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise daily with the production team and logistics to align Cut & Bend schedules with client delivery requirements.
• Assist the Sales Manager and sales team with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries on order status, delivery tracking, and basic product specifications.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs in the ERP system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting delivery statuses and pending orders for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar administrative role.
• Background in the Steel Industry, Construction Materials, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive team‑player attitude.
