Sales Development Representative – Enterprise (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Deel is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its Enterprise sales team focused on the Saudi Arabian market. Deel’s platform combines HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance and equipment management, enabling businesses to scale across borders. You will help expand Deel’s global payroll and HR platform by identifying and qualifying new enterprise prospects and supporting workers in over 150 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for Deel’s Enterprise payroll and HR solutions.
• Engage potential customers and qualify opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM records with prospect activity.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools to identify high‑potential accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth in the Saudi Arabian market.

Required profile

• At least 36 months (3 years) of sales experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
