Sales Enablement Manager, Digital Pathology

About the role

The Digital Pathology Sales Enablement Manager drives end‑to‑end commercial enablement for Leica Biosystems’ AI‑powered imaging solutions. Reporting to the Commercial Development Leader, you will act as the subject‑matter expert, delivering training, supporting tenders, and creating tools that ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across the Business Unit, Marketing, and Commercial teams. The position is fully remote and involves frequent travel across EMEA, America and high‑growth markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial sales support to Sales and Application Specialists through voice‑of‑sales insights, standard work, and product expertise for tender responses.
• Create and maintain sales enablement resources such as guides, case studies, and competitive insights to improve win rates and pipeline quality.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to develop campaigns, congress content and presentations tailored to regional needs.
• Deliver field‑based and remote product training, mentor associates, and translate Business Unit updates into actionable field strategies.
• Lead communication with the Business Unit for product launches, disruptions, and service discontinuations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, medical sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales, commercial marketing, product management or related functions within life‑science, tissue‑diagnostics or medical‑device environments.
• Ability to travel up to 40 % of the time, including overnight trips across multiple regions.
