Field Merchandiser

About the role

ABM is looking for a Field Merchandiser to represent the Insta360 brand across assigned retail partners in Dubai. The role ensures products are stocked, properly displayed, priced and ready for customer demonstrations while providing feedback to the tech business team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain clean, attractive product presentations in stores.
• Monitor stock levels, identify out‑of‑stock items and coordinate replenishment with store teams.
• Conduct regular store visits, audit displays, take photos and submit detailed merchandising reports.
• Ensure demo units are powered, charged, paired and functional, reporting any issues promptly.
• Support store staff with product knowledge, training on key features and accessories.
• Prepare periodic reports on display compliance, stock availability and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandising materials.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred and fluent English.
