Sales Engineer 3 – Technical Sales

About the role

The Sales Engineer 3 will drive sales of Expro’s products and services while providing technical support to clients and internal teams. The role focuses on maximizing profitability, market share and client satisfaction within the Abu Dhabi region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities and close sales to meet agreed targets.
• Provide technical liaison between clients, operations, and product development departments.
• Manage opportunity data in Salesforce and produce monthly activity reports.
• Assist in preparing tenders, commercial evaluations and business cases.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Line teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Gather client feedback on future requirements and relay information to internal stakeholders.
• Support client technical audits and ensure compliance with company policies and HSEQ standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within engineering or oil‑field services.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of HSEQ requirements and commitment to quality processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity management and reporting.
