Sales Engineer – Digital Asset Solutions

About the role

Fireblocks is a leading digital asset infrastructure provider. As a Sales Engineer in EMEA based in Dubai, you will support the regional sales team by demonstrating the value of Fireblocks’ platform to prospective clients across banking, fintech, Web3 and enterprise sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops and Proof of Concepts.
• Assess client requirements and design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocks’ infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Present technical content to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Guide clients through onboarding, integrating the MPC‑based wallet infrastructure and APIs.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and work with Product, R&D and Security teams to address feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar pre‑sales role in SaaS, fintech, blockchain or cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused value propositions.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for blockchain technology and its applications.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
