Sales Executive – Automotive (Dubai)

About the role

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its automotive division in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle selection, financing, and after‑sales services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits.
• Promote A&S services such as vehicle registration, insurance, and after‑sales support.
• Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment.
• Achieve sales targets set by senior management.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, including pricing, discounts, and financing options.
• Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle models and availability.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the New Car Storekeeper and liaise with the Customer Relations Representative for registration and insurance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service throughout the sales journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or car sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer‑service, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Professional appearance and customer‑facing demeanor.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with sales/CRM systems.
