Sales Executive – Automotive (Emiratization) – Dubai

About the role

As a Sales Executive with Al-Futtaim Technologies, you will drive automotive sales for Toyota/Lexus in Dubai, focusing on Emiratization targets. You will guide customers through a structured sales journey, maximise profitability, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets while documenting all deals in Fastrack.
• Maximise gross margins on vehicle sales and meet Finance & Insurance (F&I) product targets.
• Convert leads from phone, web and walk‑in enquiries, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
• Collaborate with Showroom Managers to generate cross‑selling and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Fastrack and follow up diligently.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and stay updated on brand and competitor campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to upsell and influence customer decisions.
