Sales Executive – Business Development (UAE)

About the role

Al Ijaada Projects LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business across the UAE. The role focuses on promoting the company’s premium wellness, flooring and sports solutions to developers, architects, hotels and other commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Generate leads via cold calling, site visits, networking, referrals and online platforms.
• Visit developers, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, gyms, hotels and commercial projects to present products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with sales and technical teams.
• Negotiate prices and terms, follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Monitor projects from inquiry through delivery and installation, ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, provide regular reports and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in construction, fit‑out, flooring, wellness, hospitality or sports sectors.
• Existing contacts with contractors, developers, consultants, architects or interior designers is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic experience with CRM or sales reporting tools.
