Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by nurturing existing client relationships and creating new business opportunities. Reporting to the Direct Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets while ensuring high standards of product and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers through regular visits and updates.
• Identify and approach potential clients, building new partnerships that contribute to sales growth.
• Visit customers to assess needs, update orders, and follow up on pending issues.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms within approved limits and document closed deals.
• Communicate product or service changes, new introductions, and modifications to customers.
• Keep customer accounts and databases up‑to‑date.
• Set credit limits and payment facilities in coordination with the Direct Manager.
• Handle customer complaints, make decisions, and report actions taken.
• Conduct market visits, prepare competitor analysis, and recommend actions to improve market positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing, accounting, and supply‑chain teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure timely deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior experience in the software industry or familiarity with the Apple ecosystem is a plus.
• Confident, professional personality with strong communication skills.
