Sales Executive

About the role

Olympus Capital is seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand its client base across target markets. The role focuses on acquiring new introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and retail traders, guiding them through onboarding and funding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and retail trading clients in your region.
• Generate leads via social media, community groups, events, referrals, and personal networks.
• Educate prospects on Olympus Capital’s platforms, account types, trading instruments, and copy‑trading offerings.
• Assist clients with account opening and funding to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for funded accounts and trading volume.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing IBs and clients to maximize retention.
• Stay updated on forex market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams on campaigns and lead conversion.
• Record all sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Represent Olympus Capital at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in forex sales, IB management, or financial services.
• Existing client network or affiliate following is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of forex markets and trading products.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work on‑site or remotely depending on location.

Required skills

• MT5 (MetaTrader 5) platform proficiency.
• Knowledge of copy trading and PAMM structures.
• Experience with CRM tools for sales tracking.
