Sales Executive – Kitchen Installation (Sharjah)

About the role

Al‑Hilal Factory is looking for a full‑time Sales Executive to join its growing sales department. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, understand their kitchen needs and guide them from inquiry through to a completed installation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to new and existing client inquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Gather client requirements, collaborate with the design team and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and pursue them until orders are confirmed.
• Coordinate daily with design and production to ensure promised specifications are delivered.
• Maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle, from order to handover.
• Track pipeline and follow‑ups to prevent any lead from going cold.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in kitchen installations, fit‑outs or interiors.
• Proven ability to prepare quotations and close deals.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English with a professional demeanor.
• Organised and capable of coordinating with multiple internal teams.
• Nice‑to‑have: knowledge of kitchen design concepts, a valid UAE driving licence, and experience in the Sharjah/UAE market.
