Sales Executive – Lubricants, Batteries & Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth for lubricants, batteries and automotive spare parts across the Dubai market. You will build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential customers.
• Visit commercial, industrial and other establishments to present product samples, catalogs and pricing.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, including RFPs, tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and provide sales support.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and secure new or renewed orders.
• Open new customer accounts and complete all required administrative procedures.
• Expand the dealer and distributor network to increase sales volume.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within lubricants, batteries or automotive parts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the designated sales area.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
