About the role

The Sales Executive – Outdoor Catering drives strategic catering sales for JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. This full‑time position focuses on generating revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction, and upholding Marriott’s brand standards across all outside‑catering activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the property’s outside‑catering sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Proactively secure new business and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Accurately forecast catering revenues and monitor performance against targets.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor offerings and stay competitive.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and deliver service excellence in all client interactions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of progressive sales experience.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred; luxury brand or experiential service background advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience selling in the catering segment is essential.
• Marriott sales experience desirable but not mandatory.
• Fluent Arabic (oral and written) is a plus.
