Sales Executive - Outdoor (Home & Kitchen Appliances)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive growth for our outdoor home and kitchen appliance range by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular visits to dealers, product presentations and close coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Visit kitchen dealers according to the weekly schedule.
• Create company and individual staff profiles for kitchen dealers and attach business cards.
• Track product returns, exchanges, deliveries, and LPOs.
• Schedule visits with the Sales Director and dealers.
• Arrange appointments with dealers, designers, restaurants, landscape design companies, including cold calling.
• Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing customers and maintain the client database.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate to close sales.
• Coordinate between departments for sales orders, collect LPOs, follow up on payments and cheques.
• Research competitors’ products, pricing and market conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant UAE sales experience, preferably with built‑in and freestanding home and kitchen appliances.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
