Sales Executive – Part Time

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue by managing hotel bookings, conference and banqueting sales across all segments. This part‑time position focuses on converting enquiries into confirmed events while ensuring a seamless hand‑over to internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business through proposals, negotiation and contractual agreements to achieve revenue targets.
• Liaise with clients to capture needs, maintain accurate records and develop sales opportunities.
• Respond to telephone enquiries for group business within defined timelines.
• Create and maintain customer meeting/event records in Delphi and capture feedback.
• Cross‑refer opportunities and ensure bookings comply with hotel parameters.
• Monitor market developments and implement best practices to improve sales performance.
• Follow up with clients to secure repeat bookings and support repeat business.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, BEOs and related documentation.
• Utilise selling skills to book complete meeting packages in a single call.
• Maintain strong knowledge of conference & events products, hotel features and revenue strategies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate revenue through proposal preparation and negotiation.
• Excellent client liaison and record‑keeping skills.
• Understanding of contract management, legalities and hotel revenue strategies.
• Ability to meet individual and team sales targets.
