Sales Executive – Remote (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our remote team in Dubai. The role focuses on educating customers about our innovative water and wellness solutions, building long‑term relationships, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and online meetings.
• Present product features clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert qualified prospects into sales.
• Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Participate in online training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, professional, and persuasive communication style.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, video conferencing, and social media platforms.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or inside sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.

What we offer

• Performance‑based monthly compensation of approximately AED 1,750 upon meeting sales targets.
• Additional AED 875 for each successful sale beyond the qualifying target.
• Full‑time remote work arrangement.
