Sales Manager – Business Setup & Corporate Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Business Development and Sales team at Unispire Group LLC-FZ. The role focuses on driving revenue growth in the UAE business setup and corporate services market, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the Business Development and Sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
• Design and execute sales strategies that increase market share and revenue.
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, tracking performance against KPIs.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, conversion and closing.
• Maintain strong client, partner and referral network relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and revenue channels.
• Collaborate with Operations and Business Setup teams for seamless client hand‑over.
• Monitor CRM activities, sales pipelines and lead management for accurate reporting.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts and business development plans for senior management.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop high‑performing sales professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE business setup, corporate services or business consultancy.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Sales Manager, Team Lead or Business Development Manager.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high‑performing teams.
