Sales Manager – Clean Energy Solutions

About the role

Nippon Energy Group is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead business development across its integrated clean‑technology portfolio in the UAE and wider GCC market. Based in Dubai, you will drive growth of renewable energy, energy storage, intelligent power, EV charging and green hydrogen solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities with commercial, industrial, government, utility and developer clients.
• Develop complete sales cycles – from prospecting and solution design to proposal preparation, commercial negotiation and contract closure.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, financial models, presentations and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, product, finance and management teams to ensure solution viability and competitiveness.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, achieve revenue and profitability targets, and keep accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling integrated, high‑value clean‑energy or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy, energy storage, EV charging, or green hydrogen sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Experience preparing financial models and commercial proposals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
