Sales Manager – Duty Free & Travel Retail (MEA)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Duty Free and Travel Retail business across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary liaison between global brand owners and regional duty‑free partners, driving commercial growth and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between global brand owners and duty‑free partners across airports, border shops, and ports.
• Develop and execute category strategies that deliver sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize assortments.
• Collaborate with brand partners and internal teams on product launches, pricing, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
• Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial commercial agreements while maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Prepare regular performance updates and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Travel to key markets once or twice per month for market visits and stakeholder engagement.
