Sales Manager – HVAC & MEP Contracting (GCC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC and MEP contracting business across the GCC, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic sales planning, client relationship management and hands‑on field work to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects and strategic accounts with MEP contractors, consultants and developers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive market development, lead generation and field visits.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation, tendering and deal closure.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers across the HVAC/MEP industry.
• Mentor and manage the Saudi sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Provide technical and commercial input for quotations, proposals and tenders.
• Track market trends, upcoming projects and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC, MEP or related engineering products.
• 4–5 years of experience leading a sales team.
• Established network with MEP contractors, consultants and developers in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
• Understanding of MEP contracting processes.
