About the role
PrimeBox, a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to own the full sales funnel, convert inbound leads, and open new B2B and B2C client channels.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads and turn them into paying customers.
- Identify, approach and acquire new B2B and B2C clients.
- Analyse conversion data, pinpoint drop‑off points and implement optimisation measures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive overall revenue growth.
- Develop, manage and expand referral partnership networks.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling inbound leads.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to act on conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
