Sales Manager – Oil & Gas (Industrial Services)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Oil & Gas will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and delivering revenue targets across upstream, midstream and downstream segments. The role requires strong commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge and a solid technical understanding of oil & gas and power & utilities operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across oil & gas sectors.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities with NOCs, IOCs and EPC contractors.
• Lead bid and tender processes from opportunity identification through contract award, preparing techno‑commercial proposals.
• Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and act as primary contact for key accounts.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and technical workshops to promote services.
• Negotiate frame agreements, long‑term service contracts and project‑based engagements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence on oil & gas, power & utilities trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Support project handover from sales to execution teams and ensure contractual compliance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience, with at least 7 years in oil & gas sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record in industrial services, maintenance, EPC and shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding of the UAE/GCC oil & gas market.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
