Sales Manager (Solar Battery Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of our client’s solar lighting and battery solutions across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and government sectors in the UAE. The role focuses on expanding key accounts, building strategic partnerships and increasing market penetration for renewable energy products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, government projects and institutional clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and business development plans.
• Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–8 years of sales experience in solar, batteries, electrical products, lighting or renewable energy.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with distributors, contractors, EPC companies or institutional customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
