Sales & Marketing Executive – Events & Exhibitions

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will lead business development and marketing initiatives for the Events & Exhibitions division, promoting exhibition stand fabrication and turnkey event solutions across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and convert leads in the corporate, exhibition and events sectors throughout the UAE.
• Pitch exhibition stand builds, custom fabrication services and complete event solutions to clients and agencies.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and follow‑up communications to achieve sales targets.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media posts, email campaigns and promotional content.
• Represent the company at industry networking events, exhibitions and client site visits.
• Coordinate with design, production and operations teams to align client specifications with build requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in sales, business development or marketing within the events, exhibitions or stand‑fabrication industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).

Required skills

• Digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, content creation).
• Knowledge of exhibition stand structures and fabrication workflows.
• Sales funnel tracking and lead generation.
• Client relationship management and contract negotiation.
