Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will support the line manager in driving student enrollment for the academy’s aviation training programs. This role focuses on building relationships, presenting program benefits and exceeding sales targets through strong communication and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through industry events, networking and online inquiries.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents and career advisors to understand their goals.
• Present the academy’s training programs, highlighting benefits and career opportunities.
• Negotiate program fees and enrollment packages, closing sales and surpassing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts and sales activities for efficient tracking.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and aviation career pathways.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the line manager.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, aviation or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar sales or enrollment role.
• Strong understanding of the aviation industry and flight operations environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with market analysis and research software.
