Sales Operations Analyst (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Analyst to own Sales Lead Data Quality, ensuring the accuracy, cleanliness and completeness of our lead pipeline before it is handed over to the Sales team. The role is critical to improving lead quality, increasing sales productivity and minimizing time spent on invalid or duplicate records.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and clean large lead datasets sourced from external and internal sources.
• Identify and remove duplicate, invalid or outdated records and update the CRM in a timely manner.
• Conduct periodic checks of CRM hygiene to maintain data quality.
• Support the commercial team with ad‑hoc requests, data enrichment and productivity improvements.
• Provide basic reporting on lead pool quality and validation status.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) based in Dubai.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Structured, organized and process‑driven with an analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Fluent in English.
