About the role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring data quality, processing orders and invoices, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver seamless order execution.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve data quality and integrity across sales systems.
- Create, manage and track sales orders and invoicing from booking to shipment receipt.
- Communicate with the sales team for clarifications and provide updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Develop and maintain standard business reports.
- Handle intercompany sales and purchase transactions, generate proforma invoices, and issue licenses or contract copies to partners.
- Process reversals, credit notes and other financial adjustments.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented and organized.
- Team‑oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
