Sales Operations Manager – Retail & Merchandising

About the role

Boucheron is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join its Dubai team and support the growth of the brand across the Middle East. The role sits at the intersection of retail performance, retail excellence, merchandising and operations, acting as a key operational partner for the regional franchisee network.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, consolidate and analyse weekly and monthly sell‑out reports and retail KPIs; monitor boutique performance indicators such as traffic, conversion and average transaction value.
• Support boutiques in defining and implementing monthly action plans to drive performance and identify commercial opportunities aligned with regional strategy.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to enhance data accuracy and visibility.
• Deploy and ensure execution of Retail Excellence standards, guaranteeing consistent client experience and brand presentation across all boutiques.
• Prepare monthly sales analysis by category and collection; conduct quarterly product performance reviews and flag under‑performance or overstock risks.
• Coordinate product launches, newness forecasting and operational readiness in boutiques; track performance and provide qualitative feedback.
• Build specific assortments for events and activations, monitor allocations, deliveries and consignment processes.
• Manage client and special orders, acting as the operational contact for allocation priorities and delivery follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail performance management and operational support for boutique networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret sales reports and KPIs.
• Excellent coordination abilities to work with merchandising, visual‑merchandising and communication teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for product lifecycle monitoring, stock optimisation and special order management.
