Sales Specialist – Digital Marketing Agency (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join our fast‑growing digital marketing agency in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships and converting prospects into long‑term partners for a range of digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events and referrals.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, both online and in person, to understand business goals.
• Present tailored digital marketing solutions and prepare proposals and commercial offers.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, media or technology.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Professional appearance and business communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian or Turkish are a plus.
