Salesforce Developer – MENA Real Estate Platform

About the role

Property Finder, the leading property portal in MENA, is looking for an innovative Salesforce Developer to join its tech team in Dubai. You will work on custom development, integrations and the Agentforce platform to enable seamless data flow across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components based on business requirements.
• Implement declarative configurations such as Flows, validation rules, dynamic forms and page layouts.
• Build and maintain custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware platforms.
• Extend Agentforce agents with custom actions in Apex, Flows and prompt templates.
• Collaborate with admins, product owners and stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability and performance following best practices.
• Perform unit testing, support QA/UAT cycles and troubleshoot bugs.
• Maintain technical documentation for custom features, APIs and integrations.
• Participate in release management using Gearset, Copado or Change Sets.
• Retire legacy automation by migrating to Flow and converting Aura components to LWC.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce releases and new features.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven ability to deliver Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative solutions.
• Experience with integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Familiarity with release management tools such as Gearset, Copado or Change Sets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
