About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Techno‑Functional professional to lead data migration initiatives for our Salesforce CRM platform in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will combine functional knowledge of customer data with strong technical expertise to ensure seamless data transitions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end data migration activities for Salesforce CRM.
- Analyze, map, transform and validate customer data sets.
- Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts for data extraction, validation and loading.
- Perform data reconciliation and quality checks post‑migration.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to guarantee accurate data migration.
Required profile
- 6–10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM and data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of customer data structures and functional processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
- Experience with FBDI, data mapping and transformation techniques.
