SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

About the role

The Mediclinic Middle East team in Dubai is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to lead the design, implementation and continuous optimisation of its SuccessFactors suite. The role demands deep technical knowledge of the platform, its security model and integration capabilities to support HR processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the SAP SuccessFactors environment, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Design and implement solutions that align with business requirements, covering modules such as talent, payroll and analytics.
• Drive system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on integration projects and data security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or Business Analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience with HRIS implementations and change management.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (core modules, talent suite, payroll).
• Proficiency with Tableau for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with content management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with electronic survey tools (SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Survey Gizmo).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel VBA, PowerPoint and Outlook.
