About the role

Future Tense is recruiting on behalf of a CBSE curriculum school in Dubai for the position of Principal. The role leads the school’s academic and operational functions, ensuring alignment with UAE’s National Agenda and KHDA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day school operations and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with DSIB regulations and KHDA/ADEK inspection requirements.
• Lead curriculum development, teaching quality, and student performance initiatives.
• Manage senior leadership team, staff recruitment, and professional development.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, regulatory bodies, and the wider community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in school management or senior leadership (Vice Principal, Deputy Principal, HOD, etc.) in a reputable school.
• Hands‑on experience with at least three KHDA/ADEK inspections as a Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor or HOD.
• Relevant degrees approved by KHDA with an equalisation certificate.
• Deep understanding of UAE’s National Agenda and DSIB rules.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KHDA inspection processes.
• Familiarity with DSIB regulatory framework.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum implementation.
