About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is seeking an ambitious Secondary Market Property Consultant to join its high‑performing team in Dubai. You will guide clients through the secondary residential market, generate new business, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and database management.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on Dubai’s secondary market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximise property exposure.
