About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is seeking an ambitious Secondary Market Real Estate Agent to join its high‑performing team in Dubai. You will guide clients through the secondary property market, generate new business, and help close sales in one of the world’s most dynamic real‑estate environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and database management.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on Dubai’s secondary market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximise property exposure.
