About the role

Safa Community School, an award‑winning all‑through UK curriculum school in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Physics Teacher for its secondary department. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across the full secondary age range, preparing students for GCSE and A‑Level examinations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Physics lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and standards.
• Set, mark and provide feedback on coursework and examinations.
• Use data to monitor student progress and implement timely interventions.
• Prepare students for public examinations, including GCSE and A‑Level assessments.
• Contribute to departmental meetings, curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in secondary Physics education.
• Ability to teach across GCSE and A‑Level curricula.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to the school’s inclusive, community‑focused ethos.
