Security Analyst – 24/7 Monitoring

About the role

The Security Analyst will monitor ENOC's IT and OT environments around the clock, performing initial analysis of security events to detect threats and attacks. The role involves first‑response assessment and escalation to senior analysts according to established policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Follow incident response SOPs and CIC procedures based on impact analysis.
• Analyze and validate vulnerabilities and incidents triggered by SIEM or other security tools.
• Review and prioritize security alerts, performing log‑file analysis for contextual information.
• Conduct root‑cause and attack‑method analysis to identify control deficiencies.
• Provide functional support and content improvements for SIEM and related security technologies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during cyber‑incident handling.
• Participate in post‑incident reviews and recommend remediation actions.
• Maintain on‑call availability 24 hours a day and work shift schedules, including weekends.

Required profile

• Familiarity with information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Understanding of security risks, controls, and incident classification.
• Ability to perform false‑positive/negative analysis and triage security events.
• Strong analytical mindset for technical root‑cause investigations.
• Willingness to work on‑call and shift schedules.
