About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is for an experienced property consultant who will join a fast‑growing luxury real‑estate advisory firm in Dubai. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients, focusing on premium new‑build residential projects and delivering a consultative sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
• Advise clients on luxury residential property opportunities across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and present new‑build developments.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and market research.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion.
• Provide a professional, consultative service to high‑value clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property sales or estate agency, preferably in high‑value residential markets.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and obtain the necessary visa.
