Senior Account Manager - Lending and Corporate Banking Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of banking clients across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Pakistan for a global financial‑technology organisation. The role focuses on client retention, renewals, executive relationship development and strategic expansion of our Lending & Corporate Banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own territory and strategic account plans for assigned banking clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Protect client retention, renewal performance and account health, identifying risks early.
• Identify and develop cross‑sell, upgrade and expansion opportunities, especially in Corporate Lending and Trade & Supply Chain Finance.
• Lead complex renewals, contract extensions and commercial negotiations from qualification to signature.
• Coordinate Sales, Presales, Product, Professional Services, Delivery, Support, Legal and Commercial teams around coherent client plans.
• Act as senior commercial point of escalation, ensuring issues are owned and progressed.
• Maintain rigorous CRM, forecasting, account‑health reporting and commercial governance.
• Represent the organisation at banking, lending and fintech forums in the assigned markets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise account management, client leadership or solution sales experience within banking software, fintech, SaaS or financial‑services solutions.
• Proven record of retaining, renewing and expanding strategic banking or financial‑services accounts.
• Direct experience managing Lending & Corporate Banking solutions or closely related banking technology portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Lending and Trade & Supply Chain Finance, supported by experience in origination, digital lending or adjacent banking solutions.
