About the role
The Senior Associate will lead and manage projects across the start‑up and venture‑capital ecosystem in the GCC, the US and Europe. You will be responsible for driving workstreams, meeting deadlines, supporting client pitches and organising investor roadshows within a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage deadlines, timelines and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Assist in preparing client pitches, presentations and investor materials.
- Organise and execute investor roadshows and fundraising events.
- Travel as required to meet clients and investors.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of professional experience in VC, PE, investment banking or consulting.
- Strong interest in fundraising, sales and venture‑capital ecosystems.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible, unstructured hours.
