Senior Associate – Talent Management (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Senior Associate – Talent Management will lead selected Operational Excellence (OE) and Talent Development projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, key performance indicators and are delivered on time and within budget across Emirates Global Aluminium.

Key responsibilities

• Support identification and development of strategic initiatives aligned with EGA’s growth and HC function strategy.
• Develop project charters, define scope, budgets, timelines and required resources.
• Establish performance measures, baselines and clear roles and responsibilities for project teams.
• Execute assigned work‑streams, design and implement deliverables, and own quality and timeliness of outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive results.
• Report project status, monitor progress against plan and facilitate informed decision‑making.
• Manage change communications and ensure effective handover to operational teams.
• Promote safety, quality and environmental standards throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing OE and Talent Development projects or similar workstreams.
• Ability to develop project charters, define scope, budgets and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with sponsors, subject‑matter experts and project teams.
• Experience reporting project performance and facilitating decision‑making.
• Knowledge of change management best practices and ability to ensure smooth project handover.
