Senior Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to drive B2B sales and business development for our accounting and advisory services in Dubai. The role is self‑sourced, requiring proactive client outreach and full‑cycle deal management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, Google Maps and other methods.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Conduct client meetings to understand accounting, audit, tax, VAT, corporate tax and business advisory needs.
• Present suitable services, prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals, negotiate terms and close deals independently.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, meetings and sales activities.
• Coordinate with Audit, Accounts & Tax, and Business Setup teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and stay updated on UAE business, accounting, VAT and compliance requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, business development or client acquisition experience, preferably in audit, accounting, tax, VAT, corporate tax or business advisory.
• Proven ability to generate own leads and convert them into clients.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, persistent and comfortable working independently in a sales‑focused environment.
• Existing UAE client/network exposure and a UAE driving licence or own vehicle are advantageous.
