Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Business Development Manager – UAE will own the services revenue growth across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC region, targeting USD 3 million annually. The role combines pipeline generation, partner‑sourced opportunity conversion and strategic account expansion across retail, real‑estate, logistics, healthcare and government digital transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the USD 3 M annual services revenue target for the MENAT region through new‑logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Generate a qualified pipeline with 3–4× coverage using partner referrals, outbound outreach, account‑based marketing, industry events and personal networks.
• Develop and deepen relationships with regional sales teams at Adobe, Shopify and Odoo to unlock co‑sell motions and partner‑led referrals.
• Lead consultative sales cycles from discovery to close, translating client objectives into scoped, commercially sound engagements.
• Own deal structuring, pricing and commercial terms while maintaining rigorous forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• 10 + years of experience selling digital consulting services in the Middle East.
• Established network with platform partner sales teams and enterprise decision‑makers.
• Proven track record of building and managing a regional book of business.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with practice leaders and delivery teams in India.
