Senior Client Manager

About the role

Al Rostamani Communications is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead strategic ICT solution sales within the UAE market. The role focuses on understanding client business needs, articulating value, and driving revenue and margin growth for ARC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales, marketing and go‑to‑market strategies for large and strategic accounts.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis against competitors and align solutions to client requirements.
• Manage account profitability, pricing, costing and margin targets.
• Negotiate with vendors on product, pricing, marketing activities and technical support.
• Coordinate with sales, pre‑ and post‑sales teams and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (MBA is a plus) with at least 12 years of ICT solutions sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing large ICT infrastructure, compute, networking, UC and security deals in the UAE.
• Experience with reputable ICT system integrators and relevant vendor certifications.
