Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Risk Management

About the role

The Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager will support the Functional Quality and Performance Lead Partner and Functional Risk Management Partner in day‑to‑day advisory quality and risk initiatives. The role leads risk management procedures for large transformation projects and promotes a culture of quality, compliance, ethics and integrity across the Advisory service line.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the F‑QPLP/F‑RMP and their delegate in executing quality and risk management initiatives.
• Lead risk management processes for large transformation projects that exceed defined thresholds, ensuring compliance with global and local policies.
• Develop, update and enforce internal policies, procedures and guidelines related to quality and risk management.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate potential risks, providing proactive solutions and escalating breaches as needed.
• Prepare ad‑hoc risk reports, presentations and coordinate stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum 6‑7 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance or related areas at a Big 4, multinational, or financial institution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global and local quality and risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to deliver solution‑focused advice and practical business solutions.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Technical IT skills to operate risk‑management platforms and tools.
