Senior Contract Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to lead contractual support for Boskalis projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee contract administration for complex joint‑venture projects across our maritime portfolio, including dredging and offshore energy.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts, prepare daily progress reports and maintain event logs.
• Provide commercial and contractual support throughout project preparation, execution and closure.
• Draft, review and negotiate sub‑contracts, variation orders and claims.
• Prepare correspondence with partners, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project teams, insurance, procurement and treasury, and liaise with senior legal counsel.
• Promote contract awareness within project teams.
• Mentor and supervise assigned Contract Managers and Quantity Surveyors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Extensive knowledge of international construction and maritime contracts (FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC, IMCA, BIMCO).
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a business‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to undertake international assignments and work on a rotational basis abroad.
