About the role

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients. Based in Dubai, you will guide customers from pre‑sales validation through deployment, onboarding, and ongoing expansion, ensuring they realize measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical deep‑dive discovery and capture business requirements.
• Design and validate complex customer infrastructure architectures.
• Drive the full customer journey, from initial technical validation to deployment, onboarding, and lifecycle expansion.
• Operate as a quota‑carrying technologist, using AI‑augmented workflows to focus on high‑value architectural design.
• Translate technical strategy into clear business value for enterprise clients.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience acting as a technical advisor for enterprise customers.
• Ability to bridge technical strategy and business outcomes.
• Comfort working in a quota‑carrying, go‑to‑market environment.
• Strong interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
