Senior Digital Project Manager

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead interactive campaigns for clients in Australia and New Zealand. The role involves coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams, ensuring projects meet client briefs, and delivering high‑quality digital solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage client expectations while enforcing agreed workflows.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, cross‑functional project managers, senior managers, and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee quarterly budget approvals, flagging significant fluctuations to clients and line managers.
• Prepare and present timelines, documents, presentations, and reports to both clients and internal teams.
• Lead a team of Front‑End Developers, Production Designers, and QA Engineers, creating structures and processes that support excellent work.
• Manage resource planning, funding allocation, workload distribution, and personnel management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital projects for large agencies or production houses.
• Strong ability to coordinate internal and external resources across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Capability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
